So Skipping a month of the menstrual cycle, is it serious or not? I'm kinda worked up & worried about it too. So yeah, gimme some advice.

Most of the times it is not something to worry about unless it goes on for months (or you are sexually active and this could hint to a pregnancy). Even people with regular periods may experience a delay in their menstruation at some point, or even an absence(amenorrhoea). It is all right, sometimes the ovulation process varies.

I suggest to wait, if things are okay it may just be a delay and your body is readjusting. I have skipped cycles when I have been under severe stress. Medication, overexercising, low weight etc may trigger delays or amenorrhoea. If this repeats or you get other symptoms, do not hesitate to go with the doctor.

It's okay. I skipped a month before and nothing ever happened. Sometimes it happens due to stress, illness etc; The only thing you have to worry about if you never get your period. Then there might be some underlying cause to it.
