How much water do you typically drink each day?

I try to have 1.5 liters each day, but if I don't have my container near I fall really short as I mostly achieve it with constant little gulps more than drinking straight glasses of water.

I heard you.

Do you think i should count the water I drink in teas? I sometimes drink tea very often, specially when i am alone and cannot be bothered cooking.

Yes still count the water that you use in teas so you must drink quite a lot of water

Yes. I believe so. :-D

At home I used to love when in summer we'll prepare jars of lemonade.
I guess summer is when it is the easiest to fill your daily water quota. boogie

I drink 3-4 sixteen ounce glasses of water a day; I got this idea from other health blogs online.

They say that you can not get liquids from fruits and vegetables, and that corn syrup filled drinks do not count as liquids. Teas, soft drinks, and coffee also do not count as liquids.

wow. That is new for me. I always thought I was doing fine with the tea I drank.
I guess in the end nothing beats straight water.

Hey butterfly, welcome to the forums.  ^_^
and that's good.

By the way, do you guys try to drink the recommended amount in one go or do you spread it through the day? I am a mixture. I don't do it in a hurry but I carry my bottle while I am in the computer so I can finish the bottle in an hour and half or way less time.

I actually almost never drink just water. I don't trust my faucet because I broke a pipe while gardening a few years back and never got around to fixing it. I take a few sips of it from the fountain at work though.
