So anyones got a soft spot for these? I do, especially the sushis, the Tempura & Terriyaki beef or chicken or etc.

Teriyaki Chicken, Sushi even Gohan. There are many nice dishes out there. I don't know many but I have enjoyed the few ones I've had the pleasure to munch.
There is a sweet duck cubes dish I think is Japanese, though I could be wrong and it could be Chinese...

I like sushi, I'm not a huge fan though; so I tend to stay away from the japanese in case I become a victim of violence because I have a different opinion XD.

As far as I have been told, gohan is simply how they call their rice when its cooked. I like that base, and I like how you can have some veggies added to enhance the dish.
