So what do you think, is it true or not...... more importantly, why the hell should anyone care

I don't think he will die, though the conviction of Batman that he hasn't yet given everything to Gotham city makes me unable to feel completely sure that he will simply fade.

I rather not to think much of it yet.

Sorry dumpy, I know the title is misleading, but the discussion was about theories on what was going to be the ending, based on the trailer, before watching the movie. So I edited your post to add the spoiler code.

Still, I guess that now that the movie has been out for a while, soon the answer will be obvious and known by most, but it was quite interesting to speculate.

The next discussion could be what did we think of the actual end for those of us who have watched the film.

I guess I'll close the thread, seeing as speculation is over and now we can just argue how right or wrong they were with their theories.
