Yes, I do like honey a lot; it is as sweet as sugar, and goes well with a variety of flavors and recipes. I do find that there is a noticeable difference in quality between different brands and price ranges, though; the more expensive brands cook better, blend well in more recipes, and have a richer taste. Cheaper brands taste bitter after cooking, have less of a rich taste straight out of the bottle, and can have an off taste straight out of the bottle; more expensive brands do not.
