Anyone old enough to drink alcohol? If not or even if you are anyway, what have your drunken? What's your favourite?

I'm an alcoholic, but I see no problem with it... yet and neither does my wife... yet, so until the problem arises I shall drink...
I have tried multiple times to give it up. But when it's just sitting on the cabinet in the kitchen... it's too hard to resist.

My favourite is Rum, add Rum to anything and I'll consume it.

My least favourite is Scotch, which just makes me sick, but if I'm desperate to get drunk enough, I'll stand it - but regret it no doubt.

I also enjoy Whiskey (Irish Whiskey), Beer (Australian VB, Gold, Toohey's New and of course the Mexican: Tecate).
Wine does nothing for me.

I'll have vodka if it's free and available but I won't be buying it. Tequila... meh.

Yeah I'd go out of my way for Rum though.

I've been drinking since I was 9. Stealing Dad's alcohol, until I just started... stealing my Dad's alcohol in front of him.

I can probably say my liver is going to be fucked by the age of 40.

I know little about alcohol drinks. Out of what I tried I love the sissy prepared beverages, yep. I am not really in a hurry to get drunk so I do mind the flavour.

I like rum, obviously but I also like vodka, it seems to go well with almost anything you mix it with.

I didn't like champagne nor wine as much.

... and that is all.

Mine changes. I love whisky, smells like a perfect mix of petrol and marzipan. Rum I love too. Vodka I like with energy drinks, and vodka usually lets me off the hook the morning after. I do like SOME wines, if they're not too sour, but god, they make your head hurt. Blegh.

My favourite drink of all time though, and I could devour this all day, is Irish Knights. If you've not heard of it, it's a cheaper (but nicer, imo) version of Bailey's. Cream whisky. MMMMmmmmMMmmmMmmmm.... :P

I'm old enough, but I don't drink. It just doesn't seem like the kind of thing I would enjoy doing.

Like, you know those kinds of pain killers people take at hospitals and get addicted to? Well, I had them when I got surgery and I hated it so much that I got off of all of them as soon as I could. I don't understand why people get addicted to them and I'm pretty sure drinking would have the same effect on me. It wouldn't be enjoyable.

I think it is important that we do start out of our own will and not for friend pressure and stuff, even though usually friends do pushes you most of the time to try it out for first time. It is good you know yourself enough to say you rather not to try that.

and the tequila i love it but the head pain its really bad
i found i like the cognac
the brandy i like it as well
and the rum just some times, depends wich brand i consume, i hate the white bacardi but i love the appleton special

I got it wrong, me being me. Wasn't called Suomi, was called Ouzo, it's a strong Greek drink with aniseed (sp?). Suomi's something to do with Finland :P

"Bundaberg Rum" is a famous Rum made in Australia, in Queensland in fact. They came up with a "red rum" recently, and I'm trying it right now as I type. Absolutely disgusting, but I'll drink it because it's alcohol.
